General Maintenance - (UNIFOR TEC Maintenance Skilled Trades)

What you will deliver:

Assist Plumber, Millwright, HVAC General Maintenance and Electrical Staff as directed

Repair drywall, install ceiling tiles, patch cement, perform carpentry and other hard surface repairs
- Perform work as assigned from the marketing department (i.e. set ups, take downs signs, kiosks, tables, ballot boxes, banners, stages, decorations etc.)
- Liaise with the retail tenants, Operations and Guest Services staff.
- Respond and complete all relevant work orders
- Maintain marketing storage room and equipment
- Update directory boards and signs in the mall, office tower, galleria, receiving areas and service corridors
- Maintain Retail Merchandising Units and specialty leasing kiosks
- Assist Operations staff in cases of emergencies
- Delivery of chairs, tables and other equipment
- Substitute for Receiver
- Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor within the general scope of the work.
What you need to succeed:
- Grade 12 education or equivalent
- Good working knowledge of tools
- Ability to lift up to 23 kgs.
- Ability to liaise with tenants
- Team player
